An unannounced renewal study was conducted after school today. There are 27 children with 2 staff present. 2 staff records were reviewed for specific items only, as the full files are reviewed at the main office at another time. 4 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing item. Children were observed arriving to SACC, washing hand and eating snack. There are currently no medications being administered at the facility. The playground was not in use during today's inspection. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills and the menu are all in compliance. A subsidy Heath and Safety Inspection was also conducted today.
