**Staff records are current from previous inspection visit and were not reviewed at this time.
- Comments:

An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today from 3:30pm to 4:10pm. There were 34 School-Agers directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 7 children?s records, children's medications and medication authorization records were current from previous inspection and staff stated that there were no new medications on site, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in freeplay and socializing. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
