An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 6:45 a.m. and ending at 7:45 a.m. There were seven children in care ranging in age from six years to eleven years of age with two staff. The program was in the gym this morning due to a power outage. Children had their choice of free play with balls, gym mats, centers that included legos and drawing. Children then prepared for outdoor time. Four children's records and two staff records were reviewed. Two medications and authorizations were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date.
