An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 5/24/19. There are nine children in care with two teaching staff and one office staff present. The children were eating breakfast upon arrival then brushed teeth and then went to the various centers available. The fenced in playground area does not have play equipment installed at this time. The children use this to run and play on. The local public schools are out for the summer and on occasion the center will play on the age appropriate play equipment there. We discussed the IROMT form and when it is to be completed. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Inspection began: 9:15 am and ended 11:20 am.
