An unannounced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:30am to 1:30pm. There were 74 children on site with 11 staff. Children were observed playing outside on the playground, playing with puzzles, having lunch (chicken nuggets, apple slices, cinnamon apples, glazed carrots and wheat roll), napping, and having tummy time. Reviewed 3 staff files, 1 child's file, fire and health inspections, medications and authorizations, first aid supplies, playground and physical plant.
