The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 between 9:30 am to 11:35 am determine the center's compliance with licensing standards. During this inspection, the children in care were observed by the licensing inspector in the various classroom settings. The census for today's inspection consisted of children with staff present including volunteers. The licensing inspector completed observations of the children in care completing a variety of activities to include participating in circle time activities, dancing to interactive music, working in a variety of centers, preparing for end of the year ceremony, writing their names, and transitioning outside for outdoor play activities. The licensing inspector also completed observations of parent drop off and pick up. The program's classrooms, bathrooms, designated childcare areas were inspected by the licensing inspector. The required posting were reviewed by the inspector. There were seven children?s records reviewed during this inspection. The staff present emergency contact and first aid/CPR certificate of completion, MAT and training information were reviewed by licensing inspector. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Medication is being administered, medications, and written authorizations were reviewed for the center's compliance.
