An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director, who was present with 84 children with 13 staff providing supervision. The children were observed on their cots sleeping or engaged in a quiet activity, after nap, the children washed hands and were provided snack, which consisted of vanilla pudding, banana and water. Seven staff and children's files were reviewed as well as a sample size of medications and injury/accident reports. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 2: 10 pm Departure time: 4: 30 pm
