Arrived 2:40pm Departed 5:50pm A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 06/04/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are listed on the violation notice. Seventy-three children were in care today with six staff. There is no written plan for continuity of operations. Plan of Correction: The chief of staff will ensure that a continuity of operations plan will be written and reviewed with all staff.
