06/04/19 Arrived 2:40pm Departed 5:50pm An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Seventy-three children were present with six staff. The children were doing an art project, reading, playing games, eating a snack, playing in the gym and playing outdoors. Previous violations, medication, staff and children's files were reviewed.
