Comments:
An announced SHSI inspection was conducted with the director and staff. There were 65 children in care with a age range of six weeks to five years old. Children were observed during rest time, free play and snack. Eight children and six staff records were reviewed, All required paper work was posted. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-F
Description: Based on review f six staff records not all were current in first aid and CPR. Evidence: Staff A and B were not current in First aid and CPR.

Plan of Correction: CPR and First Aid class is scheduled and some completed
