The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection, at which rest time, personal hygiene, afternoon snack, activities, outdoor time, and water play were observed. Children were observed; and staff and children files and other documentation were reviewed. Forty (40) children, aged 9 months-12 years, were found to be in care with 7 staff. Please contact me if you need further assistance. Thank you for your cooperation. This inspection began at 1:15pm and concluded at 3:30pm.
