22VAC40-185 PHYSICAL PLANT.

A unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted with the assistant director and staff. There were 91 children in care and the age range was three months to five years old. The children were observed resting and free play. All required paper work was posted. Six staff and ten children 's records were reviewed. Five staff were current in MAT.
