The unannounced non-mandated inspection was completed on 06/27/2019 from 9:50 A.M.- 11:30 A.M. The inspection was in response to a serious injury report that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on 06/24/2019. Two children files, three staff files, accident/incident reports, three staff were interviewed, and classroom observations were conducted. The children were observed in outside playtime, free choice activities, and transition to lunchtime. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
