The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 06/21/2019. Interviews were conducted with staff and documentation reviewed relating to the allegation of ratios not being met and illness. The evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation. If you need further assistance, please contact me.
