A joint complaint investigation was conducted regarding an allegation of the forbidden action of physical discipline, supervision, and care, protection, and guidance. The investigation was conducted with the area director, center director, and a representative from the local agency on March 12, 2018 from 8:30 AM to 1:50 PM. A review of documentation, classroom observation, child interview, and staff interviews were conducted. The allegations were determined to be invalid due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations. There were no violations issued as a result of this investigation.
