An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted during the summer program from 8:00 am-9:00. There were a total of 106 children with 20 staff members present. Children were observed arriving to the program, taking attendance and departing for a field trip. A selection of staff trainings and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed.
