The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on June 24, 2019 regarding allegations of inappropriate child guidance. The inspection was initiated and completed on July 12, 2019 from 10:00am to 12:25pm. Interviews with staff were completed, and observations were made in the center. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
