An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted as a follow-up to an Intensive Plan of Correction. During the inspection classroom observations were made, staff were questioned and attendance information was reviewed. Staff and center management report that staffing patterns have been changed and walkie-talkies have been provided to staff to increase communication while on the playground. Playground supervision, policies and procedures have been reviewed with staff. There were not any violations identified as related to the Intensive Plan of Correction.
