An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 8:50 a.m. and ending at 11:16 a.m. There were forty-one children, ages two months through four years old, in the care of ten staff members. Two infants were observed sleeping in cribs and two were observed being held by caregivers. The older children were observed playing in the home living area, doing art projects, and playing outside on the playgrounds. Ten children's records were reviewed. Five staff members records were reviewed and in compliance. Seven medications were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency evacuation log was reviewed. The most recent emergency evacuation dill was documented as 7/29/19 . The most recent shelter in place drill was documented as 9/17/19. The most recent health inspection was dated 10/1/18 The most recent fire inspection was dated 11/19/18.
