Large playground structure currently does not meet minimum requirements for resilient surfacing. Children have not yet been permitted to utilize structure. Additional resilient surfacing will be added and inspector will re-inspect the playground prior to children being permitted to utilize the playground structure.

An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:45pm-2:15pm. There were 9 children (2-5yrs.) supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, water temperature, and playground equipment were inspected today. Classroom measurements were also taken today. Children were observed napping. There was an abundance of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
