A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 08/21/2019 from 9:15am to 1:10pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were observed playing outside, playing in centers, eating lunch and preparing for nap. Five children?s records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection. The center administers medication; however they did not have any being given at this time. Two injury reports were reviewed. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 03/29/2019 Last shelter-in-place drill: 07/18/2019 Last fire inspection: 06/21/2019 Last health inspection: 11/30/2018 Last lockdown drill: 03/29/2019 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Toddlers ? 8:3 Twos - 6:1 Preschool ? 7:1 School Age - 3:1 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
