08/22/2019 An announced inspection was conducted today to review the new location for Narrows Head Start which has relocated to 109 Old Virginia Avenue in Rich Creek. The physical plant was reviewed. No violations were observed. Compliance with playground safety standards could not be determined as it is under construction. Thanks you for your cooperation.
