22VAC40-185 PHYSICAL PLANT.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/27/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 22 children present and 3 staff. Five children's records and three staff records were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed on 09/16/19 at another location. The vendor had no medications onsite during the inspection. The inspector arrived at the facility at 2:45 PM and departed at 5:00 PM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
