An unannounced monitoring visit and facility tour was conducted on 9/27/19 from 10:50am-12:00pm. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 28 preschool aged children in care with 4 staff members. Children were observed participating in outdoor free play, hand washing, lunch, instructional activities in the classroom, transitioning between activities, and departure. A sample of 5 children's records and 4 on-site staff records were reviewed. Injury reports and medications were also reviewed. A sample of 9 staff records an board members were also reviewed at the administration offices on 9/30/2019. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
