An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on September 24, 2019 in response to allegations received by the Division on September 12, 2019 regarding staff to child ratios. Based on staff interviews, observation, and documentation reviewed, the preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations.
