An unannounced inspection was completed on October 7, 2019 from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in response to a complaint received on August 13, 2019 regarding children's records and administration. The investigation was initiated on September 10, 2019, collateral interviews were conducted off site on September 4, 2019 and September 10, 2019, staff interviews were conducted on site on October 7, 2019 and the investigation was completed on October 7, 2019. Staff, children and classrooms were observed and children's records were reviewed as related to the complaint. The director and a program leader were available for the inspection and the director was present for the exit interview at which time the inspection findings were reviewed. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
