Technical Assistance:
Discussion held regarding MAT Auvi-Q course and MAT Rectal Course

Comments:
Licensing Inspector arrived at 11:00 AM and departed at 12:15 PM. At the time of the inspection, there were 12 children (ages infant through preschool in care with three staff. Children were observed participating in circle time, eating lunch and preparing for nap.

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-G
Description: Based on review of the medication at the facility, it was determined that the facility did not ensure that written authorization was available.

Evidence:
There were two medications on site that did not parental authorization.

Plan of Correction: Center management will ensure that all proper authorizations are obtained for medications.
