An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today from 10:00-12:00. All rooms were in ratio with direct care staff. Observed children in circle time, infant care,transitions to outside playground time, free play in centers and bottle feeding. Reviewed a sample of staff and children's records, medications, procedures for emergency preparation and health documentation for independent contractors.
