An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted October 16, 2019 in response to an self-reported injury of a child requiring outside medical treatment reported on September 27, 2019. Interviews with staff were conducted and documentation reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered did not support violation of the standards in regard to the self-reported incident.
