A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/4/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 66 children with 5 staff present. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at another time at the main office. Children were observed playing with a variety of activities, washing hands, eating snack and transitioning from the outside playground. 6 children's records were reviewed. All were complete.
Emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills, first aid supplies, medications, injury reports, and emergency supplies are all in compliance. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at 703-479-4678 or at LI was present today from 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
