Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/14/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 children, ages 3 years-6 years, and 5 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's record and 5 staff records during the inspection. The staff stated that medication is not being administered. Children were observed in the following activities: having lunch, during nap time and during afternoon snack. The inspector reviewed the updated injury prevention plan, emergency preparedness plans and emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed health records, subsidy and transportation with the provider. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
