An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 19, 2019 from approximately 3:30 pm to 5:20 pm to review licensing requirements. Two staff were present with twenty-one children. Five children's records were reviewed. Staff training was reviewed for the two staff present.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A Description: Based on review, facility did not ensure there is an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence: The most recent fire inspection report available for review is dated April 6, 2017 which is more than a year old.Plan of Correction: Site Director will check in the office and get a copy from the principal tomorrow.
