An unannounced focused inspection was completed on November 7, 2019 from approximately 11:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to review compliance of specific standards. Fifty children were in care and thirteen staff were on premises during the inspection. Staff and children were observed in classrooms and on the playground engaged in activities to include outside play, lunch, and nap time. Interviews and interactions were conducted and there are no children currently taking medications. Five children?s records and eight staff records were reviewed. The director was available for the inspection and present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee.
