Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/3/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 2:20pm and ended at 4:15pm. There were 4 staff with 61 children in the public school cafeteria at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed arriving from school, greeting staff, playing table games, eating snack (cereal bars and fruit pouch) and transitioning outside. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There was one medications on site during today's inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
