Licensing inspector discussed medication authorization with the staff.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:10am-1pm There were 38 children in the direct care and supervision of 16 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, 5 minor injury logs, and 1 medication were reviewed. The children were observed washing hands, eating lunch, and napping. The center will be closed from 12/23/2019-01/02/2019 for winter break. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
