An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 11/19/2019 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, in response to a complaint that was received by the Fairfax licensing office on 11/04/2019, regarding operational responsibilities related to pick-up procedures. Based upon staff interviews, observations made, and review of the center's policies and procedures, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation. The complaint is determined to be not valid, there were no violations observed during this investigation.
