Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on December 5, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. through 1:10 p.m. There were one-hundred six children in the care of twenty staff in ten classrooms. Six children's and six staff records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for two children.
Areas observed were: educational center activities, hand washing/bathroom procedures, transition, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable their daily routine and schedule.
