The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 11/20/19 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 11/18/19 regarding allegations in the area of supervision. Interviews were conducted with staff , records were reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID.
