A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 10:30 and and ended at 12:15. There were 27 children in care with staff supervising at all times. The children were observed playing, eating lunch, during rest time, and working on writing skills. Five staff records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
