An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the assistant director. there were 45 children in care with an age range of five months to nine years old. Children were observed during free play. Five staff records and five children's records were reviewed. Evidence: In the infant room staff stated they are not recording tummy time for children that cant roll over.Plan of Correction: We will remind staff to record tummy time daily.
