Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/16/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. All rooms were in ratio with direct care staff. Reviewed medication requirements, records for children and staff, physical space and care of children. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
