A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/11/2019 from 2:50 P.M.-5:15 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspection 38 children were in the care of two staff, one site manager, and one administrator. Six children records, three staff records, two administrator background checks, one medication and required documentation, emergency evacuations, first aid kits, emergency supplies, five injury reports, injury prevention plan, playground safety plan, emergency plan, parent handbook, fire inspection, health inspection, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during arrival, free choice activities that included blocks, games and art activities, handwashing, snack time, gross motor time in the gym, and departure. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
