1. There are several areas of peeling paint on the blue wall in the Giraffes classroom. The areas of peeling paint are within reach of the children.
2. The center director confirmed that there are areas of peeling paint in the Giraffes classroom.Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: The areas of peeling paint will be spackled and repainted by 1/10/20.
