Evidence:
Child 3's physical has a documented diagnosed food allergy to eggs. There was no allergy plan present at the center on the date of inspection to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.Plan of Correction: We will ask the parent to provide us with an allergy plan.
