A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today from 9:30 am until 2:45 pm. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 27 children present with 4 direct staff supervising. The children were observed hand washing and eating snack. The Primary children were observed completing work and number identification. The Pre-Primary children were observed discussing helping our friends.
The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition and food services, recordkeeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries, emergency plans and transportation.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Evidence:
The center did not have documentation of a lockdown procedure practiced at least one time per year.Plan of Correction: I will remember to include the lockdown procedure drill in our records.
