An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on January 22, 2020 from 9:45 A.M.-1:00 P.M. There were 11 children in the care of two staff members. Five children records, two staff records, evacuation drills,emergency plan, first aid kit and emergency supplies, health inspection,fire inspection, injury prevention plan, playground safety plan, parent handbook, employee handbook, field trip permission form, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during during an art activity making polar bear puppets for a puppet show, handwashing, interest center activities that included art activities, blocks, dramatic play, small group activities that included a listening activity, snack time, music and movement, and departure.The theme for the month was hibernation. No violations were noted during the inspection.
