Comments:
Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 2:20pm and 3:45pm. There public school cafeteria observed with a total of 68 children with 4 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed arriving from school, greeting the staff, socializing, playing on the playground, washing hands and eating snack (frosted flakes cereal and 100% juice). A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medications and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection.
