A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on January 24, 2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing inspector arrived at 8:30 am and departed at 11:15 am to conduct a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. There were 46 children present upon arrival to the center with nine staff members. Additional staff arrived throughout the course of the inspection. The children were observed arriving, eating breakfast, story time and station activities. Six children's records were reviewed. Six staff records were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the Program Director.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
