63.2 Child Abuse & Neglect

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-11:00am. There were children 15 supervised by 4 direct care staff. The physical plant, programming, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and eating snack. No violations were observed during the inspection. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
