An unannounced self reported inspection was conducted regarding concerns of behavioral guidance on February 6 and 13, 2020. Based on the evidence gathered, violations were cited. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-400-B Description: Based on interviews with staff and child, behavioral guidance was not constructive.
Evidence:
Staff #1 had water sprayed in their face by child #1. Staff #1 tapped on the arm of child #1 and told her to stop.Plan of Correction: Staff was counseled on appropriate behavioral guidance.
